Medical Intelligence
Mipham Medical is an AI-driven integrated Chinese and Western medicine platform. Built on MegaSystem's Ontology knowledge graph and Engine inference infrastructure, it spans 6 Western medicine departments, 4 Chinese medicine branches, and integrated medicine.
The platform aims to lower the barrier to quality healthcare through AI, assisting physicians in improving diagnostic accuracy and efficiency, while providing patients with personalized, evidence-based treatment recommendations. All model outputs undergo clinical expert review to ensure safety and reliability.
Clinical Directions
Western — Internal Medicine
AI-assisted diagnosis and treatment for cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, and endocrine diseases.
Western — Surgery
Surgical planning, robotic assistance, post-operative complication prediction, and recovery management.
Western — Pediatrics
Pediatric disease diagnosis, growth assessment, and vaccination planning.
Western — OB/GYN
Pregnancy monitoring, high-risk alerting, and gynecological tumor AI screening.
Western — Radiology

Integrated Medicine
Fusion diagnostic models combining the strengths of both Chinese and Western medicine.
First Running System: Disease KB v0.2
Disease KB is Mipham Medical's first operational system, covering three scenarios: clinical decision support, patient education, and cross-disease comparative analysis. Each disease spans 7 dimensions: symptoms, lab indicators (6-layer interpretation: normal range, abnormal interpretation, critical values, interfering factors, clinical guidelines, and patient-friendly explanations), pathological mechanisms & clinical staging, medications (including targeted/immunotherapy), TCM pattern differentiation (3-4 patterns per disease), health regimens, and supplementary nutrition. Knowledge is synced to Ontology and om-core RAG corpus via the shared pipeline.
